• Verification: We reserve the right to call or message customers on the provided phone number to confirm details before dispatching any order. Unconfirmed orders may be cancelled.
• Delivery Charges: Shipping rates will be displayed at checkout based on geographical location.

5. Returns & Refunds

Our goal is to ensure absolute customer satisfaction. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, our return policies apply:

• Return Window: You must notify us of any discrepancy within 24-48 hours of receiving the shipment.
• Conditions: Products must be returned unused, in original packaging, with all price tags, user manuals, and warranty cards intact.
• Refunds: Once the returned item is inspected and approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment channel or mobile wallet within 5-7 working days.
