Orders placed before 4:00 PM (GMT+6) are processed and handed over to our logistics courier partners on the same business day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM or on official holidays are dispatched on the next working business day.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Rules
We provide 100% Cash-on-Delivery service across Bangladesh. For certain high-value electronics or outside-Dhaka orders, a minimal advance booking deposit may be requested to confirm order validity.
