Enter the order ID from your confirmation message to see where your parcel is and what is still to pay.
Your carrier's own status for the parcel, and the tracking id to quote them.
The route from the warehouse to your address, and the parcel's last logged stop.
Everything in the parcel, what it came to, and the amount due on delivery.
Enter the order id from your confirmation message on this page. You will see your courier’s latest update, where the parcel has reached, everything inside it, and the amount still to pay.
The page shows the courier’s own updates, and couriers log a parcel when it reaches each of their hubs rather than continuously. A parcel travelling overnight or over a weekend can sit on the same update for a while and still be moving.
Check the parcel seal before you pay, then hand the courier the amount shown as still to pay on your tracking page. Anything you paid in advance is already deducted from it.
Contact us as soon as you can with your order id. Once a courier has collected the parcel the address is with them, so a change is not always possible — but we can tell you where it has got to and what your options are.
